Kanesho Soil Treatment Code of Conduct

The corporate executives and employees (“We”) of KST the (“Company”) commit to conduct our activities in accordance with this Code of Conduct, using good judgment and the highest ethical standards, and keeping the principles of the Code in mind at all times.

Corporate Conduct

  1. We will comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, directives and regulations represented by and related to the Plant Protection Products Directive.
  2. We will not produce and market defective products that violate applicable laws, directives and regulations.
  3. We will not make an agreement that violates any laws, directives and regulations related to Competition policy in EU as well as the associated markets.
  4. We will comply with all laws, directives and regulations in EU as well as the associated markets represented by and related to Measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health of workers at work.
  5. We will comply with domestic and international trade laws and relevant treaties.

Individual and Company

  1. We respect Company assets and do not cause any losses for the company.
  2. We will not disclose trade secrets or personal information learned through our employment.
  3. We do not engage in insider trading using non-public information learned through our employment.
  4. We do not pursue personal profit using the Company’s business information.

Individual Conduct

  1. We respect the protection of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks and copyrights.
  2. We will not commit any act that may harm the dignity of a person such as sexual harassment.
  3. We will engage in fair business practices with vendors and customers.
  4. We will maintain transparent and ethical relationships with domestic and foreign public officials.
  5. We will not support any activities of any domestic or foreign antisocial groups and organizations.
